Includes use of fenced grounds, house and facilities, pool, 100 patio chairs, 2 easy up style tents, 2 chafing dishes, 3 buffet tables and parking attendants.
$4,000.00 ...includes 2-nights occupancy for up to 20 people.
$3,000.00 ...includes 1-night occupancy for up to 20 people.
$2,500.00 ...includes day use only (up to 12 hours)

Regular Events (21-50 people)

Includes use of fenced grounds, house and facilities, pool, 100 patio chairs, 2 easy up style tents, 2 chafing dishes, 3 buffet tables and parking attendants.
$3,500.00 ...includes 2-nights occupancy for up to 20 people.
$1,900.00 ...includes 1-night occupancy for up to 20 people.
$1,000.00 ...day use only (up to 12 hours)

Non-Event (2-20 people)

Includes use of house and facilities, pool and pool area only.
$600.00 ...for the first 2 people includes 2 nights occupancy. (Additional $50.00 per person per night after the first 2)
$400.00 ...for the first 2 people includes 1 night occupancy. (Additional $25.00 per person per night after the first 2)
$300.00 ...day use only (up to 12 hours)

Notice:

Maximum occupancy for all events is 125 people.
Gold Hill Retreat will sleep up to 20 people maximum
Guests are renting main house, immediate yard and parking area.
This is a working Ranch with restricted areas.
